In just the last couple of years, the financial services industry is where bricks and mortar has met cyber clicks. While electronic files and emails have replaced paper files and faxes, those in the financial field shouldn’t forget that this is still a people business.
At Advanced Planning Services we have spent a lot of time improving our systems and moving more toward a paperless environment than ever before. When we get a case, we can get it to our underwriting team, get their comments and pass the file along to the appropriate carriers all in the same day.
